How to send a takedown notice
Your written notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL, username, post or event ID).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), including your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district (or San Francisco County, California if you are outside the United States).
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we may terminate or restrict accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
