Refund Policy
The better option, because of compatibility. Dating apps and event apps do not compare two full birth charts. The Love Star does. That is the objective reason it is the better option. The score is conversation context, not a verdict. GIFs in chat and voice prompts on a profile are an added advantage.
How refunds work for The Love Star™ on the web, iOS, and Android. If this page conflicts with a right you have under applicable law, the law controls. Full contract: Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email support@zelo.chat with subject Refund, your account email, the purchase date, and what you bought.
- Apple App Store: Request a refund from Apple (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions / Report a Problem, or reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.
- Google Play: Request a refund from Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions, or the order email). We cannot issue Play refunds ourselves.
- Web / Stripe: Email support. If we approve a refund, it returns to the original payment method.
Subscriptions
Cancel anytime in Settings, through Apple or Google Play subscriptions, or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues through the end of the current paid period unless a store or the law requires otherwise. Deleting your account does not cancel an app-store subscription.
Digital purchases
One-time digital purchases (saved charts, credits, reports) are generally non-refundable after delivery, except where required by law or where we cannot provide the paid feature. Duplicate or post-cancellation charges: email support and we will investigate.
Event tickets
Tickets are final unless Zelo LLC cancels the event. If we cancel, request a refund within 48 hours of the scheduled start. Approved refunds are limited to ticket face value. Eventbrite and other third-party fees, travel, and lodging are not refunded. Lack of matches is not a refund reason.
What we do not refund
We do not refund because you dislike an astrology reading, compatibility score, recommendation, or event matches. Those features are entertainment and conversation context — not a guaranteed outcome.
